Wine stain removal

Customers tried to remove the red wine stain, but they chose wrong chemicals and did not rinse the carpet properly. So the chemical residue remained.

Firstly we extracted the previous chemical residue with the steam cleaner as much as possible.

Unfortunately the carpet pile and colour was so short and light that the stains looked quite obvious. Not easy to remove wine stains from carpets.

It was transferred to towels with our solution. But we needed to keep trying the wine stain removals until nothing was transferred.

Finally we stopped.
Not too bad… but still we can see it.
