Rug steam cleaning & tar removals
When removing tar from rugs or carpets, it must be very careful.
If not, the fabric gets damaged or bleached and then nothing we can do.
After the tar spots came out, this rug has been steam cleaned to remove chemical & tar stain residue completely.
I think these rugs had never been cleaned..
